Trying to add ping
Every time l put in my visa card number it says transaction failed when l try to save it,l had ping for years but some how l lost it

Try saving your card first then process the transaction.
If you have any other cards saved delete them.
If you're using one of the Apps try saving the card through the Desktop site. - Cheers.
