Incorrect Password for confirming payment

Hello

Is there a trouble shooting method to sort out how to do a buy now. Everytime I try to click conform payment it keeps telling me I have the incorrect password.

I've gone through this several times now, reset passwords etc., no luck it will not recognise the password.

Is there any way to move forward with the password in the purchase section? Thanks

The password you use is your trademe password. So if you can log onto trademe using the password then it should work for your buy now.

If you have a password manager set up ensure you clear this for TradeMe so it saves your most recent password change. - Log out of TradeMe then log back in using your New password. - Cheers.
