Stop fixed offer emails
AnsweredI either put a item on watch list or asked a question months again and the seller keeps send me 'fixed offer' emails. How do I stop these? Please note that the item is no longer on my watch list. It appears they sell a number of these products and are just continually trying to sell one to me.
Alternatively how do I contact a live person at trade me for help?

Kia Ora Michelle, is it appearing in your Lost items as well as being offered as a Fixed price offer in TM? If Yes! try removing it from your Lost items rather than declining a Fixed price offer and ensuring it is still removed from your Watchlist at the same time in the chance it could be being auto added when auto relisted. - The FPO decline will likely be leaving it in your Lost items. - Just a thought - Cheers.

The TM 'Live Chat' with a staff member is manned normal business hrs Monday - Friday 8:am - 6:30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:pm
If you go through the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this, or any, TM page yes you come to a drop down form which is used for email Or if you give the page several seconds the 'Chat' bubble will come up in blue at the bottom right of the page - if it is busy for you the que position will come up and I find this moves through to an operator quite quickly. If you type your message in before hitting the 'Start Chat' this allows the operator to reply with an almost instant answer or for further info' ensuring the chat session is a swift experience - All the Best - Cheers.0 -
Thanks I have deleted it from my Lost items. Hopefully this will solve the problem

Hi Michelle another option if you don't want to receive any fixed price offer emails at all is you can turn them off by going to My Trade Me, Settings, Update email preferences and checking the "Don't email me any offers" box then click save changes at the bottom of the screen and you won't get any more fixed price offers from any sellers. See the link below to the email preferences section
