Ishipping discount
AnsweredIshipping have reduced their prices for the dle and A5 sized handibags....and it sure is a lot cheaper than TM's November BAC discount. TM had $6.56 for A5 handibag...Ishipping have it $4.90
My question is...if Ishipping can negotiate cheap prices with courier post, how is it that TM can't get cheaper prices? Or do they just pocket the extra discount!

No, ishipping is a privately owned Ltd company with 1 shareholder, nothing to do with DHL, NZ Post or Aramex or other shippers that it is an agent for.

Hi, Robin from iShipping here 👋 Thanks for mentioning us!
Our business model is different from Trade Me’s. We focus on business customers, and as our combined shipping volume grows, we can negotiate better rates with courier companies. We pass most of those savings on to our customers and keep only a small margin.
The more support and shipping volume we receive, the stronger our position to negotiate even better rates for everyone. We can’t comment on Trade Me’s pricing arrangements, but that’s how we keep ours competitive.
If you’re happy with our service, recommending us to other businesses would mean a lot. Your support helps us keep growing and working towards lower shipping costs for our customers. Thanks! 😊
