how do you apply for a refund if the "bot" is to dumb to find the valid reference number
how do you apply for a refund if the "bot" is to dumb to find the valid reference number and you are continuously going around in circles and there is no other way to contact trademe as they have removed all other ways to communicate, do I visit there office?

Kia ora hogboman, Sorry about the trouble with the bot, next time you jump on chat and find yourself in a loop just select 'cancel' and type a new message or ask to talk to a human.

You don't need to go to the 'bot to request a refund. You can do it directly from the item in question itself.
