Removing lead bid

It appears a bidder has put the wrong bid on an item - reserve is $15 and he has placed a $51 bid. Numbers round the wrong way Im presuming. Im happy to accept this lol but presume the buyer, if successful, wont be happy paying but I will still be up for fees etc. He has no items of his own up and Ive posted a question on item explaining, but no contact as yet. I intend to remove his bid before it closes but have no prob with him bidding again or accepting an offer. Question is: once I have removed the bid, can he still make another correct bid or accept an offer?

Yes! they will still be able to place bids & accept offers on your Listing - Removing a Bid doesn't prevent these options coming forward. - You may want to remove the bid sooner rather than later incase it puts further watchers off making a bid and place a Sellers comment explaining why with a please feel free to place your bid again. - Cheers.
