How do you now apply for a partial fee refund?
I used to fill out a form, but now can't seem to access it. I have combined postage of 2 items and I want to get a fee refund that was charged on the second postage amount.

Hi there. When you make the partial refund to your buyer via Ping, the corresponding fee refund is automatically credited to you.

If you do not use ping, use this link, not every one uses ping,

Hi flossy63 In this case the seller is in-trade and has Ping as the only payment option activated for all their items.
Good link though for casual sellers who might find this thread.
If the buyer has selected the loophole to pay with cash, so a bank deposit can be done, I'm wondering how Trade Me will react when you ask for a fee refund in that case?

They asked a question, I gave them the link, no need to check their account,
I have had sales yesterday, some paid via ping, and some selected cash & paid by bank deposit, and I prefer bank deposit, technically not a loop hole if they still allow us to offer cash, as you can still send out automatic payment details as per normal, and people can make a bank deposit, It's peoples choice, and some understand where we are coming from and not wanting Ping, Some cannot use Ping, as 2 people required to sign off purchases in organizations, like schools, Toy Libraries, Play Centres etc. whom a lot are my customers, we all sell differently on here, different items etc. I sell used Toys, not 1 off New items, Totally different kettle of fish here, what works for you does not work for all, you cannot put us all in the same box, You need to think outside the box, Just because we are Intrade does not make us all the same, Simple!!!, I only sell a few weeks at a time, as have other activities outside Trade Me,

You don't need to by nosy to know they're in-trade though. They stated they were charged a fee on the postage amount which means they're in-trade as those that are not in-trade don't get charged a success fee on postage.

They may have had cash offered, so made bank deposit, they may have also sold the item from listing listed before the 3rd, hence no enforced ping at that time, as Mine listed for 10 days on 2nd so closed Wednesday 12th with no ping but still only Bank deposit, that is only 5 days ago, So therefore it may have been sales on old listings with no Ping, like mine,
also some Intrade Sellers were still relisting well after the 3rd still with no ping and still offering bank deposit, so may have been some of those,
Sometimes things may not be as clean cut as you may presume,
