Ping does not seem to be working

When trying to use ping for payment will not let me do it

Sorry to read you're having trouble paying by Ping,
Are you accessing TradeMe through the Desktop website or one of the Apps? - Have you tried through both?
Do you have a specific error message come up?
A few things to try...
Your Device
- Ensure you're Device is running the latest up to date Browser.
- Clear your cookies & cache incase there is a redundant one on your device which is interfering.
- Log out then back in.
- If you're using an App exit & close TradeMe down completely rather than just shutting the window down.
- Delete & Re-install the App.
- If you've recently installed any extensions try temporarily disabling it/them.
Your payment card
- Is this pre-loaded in the system?
- Has your card expired?
- Have you received a new replacement card which hasn't been updated in the system yet?
- Are you using a TradeMe approved card for payments?
Approved payment cards are: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Q Mastercard only Or Debit card.
