deleting account page down?

I went to look up how to delete my account but when I navigated to the page it came up with a 404 page. The chat bot is also down so I can't ask it. Does anyone have the information on how to delete your account?
Since it seemed to be missed the tautoko bot is offline, I can't connect to it for whatever reason.

To close your account:
1. Log in to Trade Me Help by selecting Log in from the top right corner.
2. Start a chat with Tautoko bot and say 'I want to close my account.' To start a chat, look for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of this page, or on the Contact Us page link at the bottom of any page.0
