Hello felinegood. Items are removed from sold / unsold after 45 days. You have a few options. 

1. Do a manual search for the item in "expired listings"

2. Use My Products so items are never removed.

3. Contact Trade Me to get the details.

For 1 and 3 you will still need to know the details of the auction(s) you are interested in so they can be found.  

Callum, promoting My Products is not the answer for every problem.  It's not that helpful for casual sellers with a few listings.  It's designed for those in trade and businesses.  Also not everyone knows how to search in expired listings.  It used to be available under Community but no longer.

For anyone needing a hand with the search of Expired Listings these remain on the system for 60 days once the Listing has expired. 

You run a search through TradeMe which brings up the blue Refine Tab at the Top of all categories > Scroll down the Refine Tab drop down menu & select Expired Listings > Run your search by the Listing number Or partial Listing Title...

Listing Titles/numbers can be found in any email communication which may have come through TradeMe.

For Buyers: this may have come through if you asked a question on a Listing that was answered Otherwise you will depend on remembering the Listing Title Or part of.

For Sellers: it's a good idea to tick the checkbox in your Email Preferences to receive a daily summary of Listings you have Listed - On the Desktop site Select My TradeMe from the Top Right of most TM pages > Scroll down the Left hand side Banner menu to Settings > At the Top of your Landing page you will see General then Email > Select Update email preferences & Scroll down to Emails about buying, selling & my account as shown in the screenshot below...

Has your question been answered Or are you missing Sold/Unsold Listings which expired Less than 45 days ago? - Listings which are created in the New Look site can only be viewed through the New Look Desktop site & the Apps, - if you are accessing TradeMe through the Classic (Old) Desktop site select the word 'Mobile' at the Bottom of your TM page to be returned to the viewable site pages. - Let us know if you require further assistance. - Cheers.
