Editing an active listing from my products

I have all my listings listed with My products. Why is it that when I edit the active listing eg add a photo, update the product info with measurements etc that the shipping has to be manually updated. Surely a better feature to make changes to auctions and have it go live, would be to be able to make an edit in my products and the change go through straight away?

Callum Community SuperuserHello Rae. At the moment My Products is not working correctly. So if you have done this in the last 20 mins or so that would explain why it is not updating. Normally it would.

Kia ora plotter, did you get the opportunity to add photos when you created the listing? If you want to go ahead and create a new listing we can withdraw this one for you - you might want to copy the listing details to save time rewriting them. We can also refund the listing so you aren't paying twice.
