Is anyone able to guide me though using My Products - you'll need a lot of patience

Hello Victoria. Are you saying you only have 4 items within My Products, or 4 items that you have currently listed on the website for sale?

Once an item is in My Products, it's there forever. Unless you delete it. So if you had 7 previously, you should still have 7. 

Perhaps you mean you have 4 items currently listed. That might mean the other 3 have closed and not relisted. 

Yes 7 loaded intially but now there's only 4.

I had lot more than 7 listing when I initially did it.

Make sure you haven't accidentally added a filter to the top row or are only viewing one folder (if you are using folders) . That will cause some items to not show. It should be set to "all" if you want to see all your items. 

Now there are none!  Yes all & all in those boxes.

Kia ora Victoria, if you have listings created in the new system those are unable to be imported into My Products using 'Import from current listings', which is why you're only getting a few showing. You'll need to create the listings from scratch in My Products. Sorry, it is a little time consuming but if you are able to copy and paste that will help save time. Creating products (which is what the 'parent' or listing template is called for listings) in My Products is a little smoother than using Trade Me, and once you have the products created they don't disappear. You can duplicate products for similar items to save time too. 

I don't sell any duplicates.

I think I'll just stop selling here. When or if tardeme get the site sorted properly I'll start selling here here. They've made the site next to unusable by fricking with the post options. Stuffing up the fixed price offers. Removing the ability to relist more than one thing at a time.

Not really worth me selling here for me anymore and the last thing I bought was left on the front step by a stupid Aramex Courier & got taken.

Why did 7 listing listing initially get imported & why did they dissappear? New system I don't know.
Trademe is doing my head in. On my phone on the 2 page listing some of listing durations are on the first page & some are on page 2!
