If we issue a partial refund to a buyer, will Trade Me refund the corresponding portion of the success fee, or is the original fee kept in full? If part (or none) is refunded, please let us know how it’s calculated and whether GST/payment processing fees are adjusted.

If payment is made using Ping there is no problem - when you refund the corresponding portion of the success fee is credited to your account. If payment is made using bank deposit - [which soon will no longer be available to in-trade sellers] - you will have to contact Trade Me and ask for a manual refund.
