Items I won page not displaying feedback received

Hello Alison. Feedback is optional. If your seller hasn't left you any feedback, you won't have any for that auction. 

yes, but I did have feedback from at least 4 of them I checked, but my items I won page doesnt say this anymore, it used to, and it still did on a couple of won auctions

Unfortunately Trade Me is a bit of a mess at the moment. There are two systems running at the same time. Old and "new" Some items in some categories are created on new, some on old. So there are differences how these are reported and showing up.

If your won page looks different to usual, try hitting "Desktop Site" at the bottom left. If you are lucky this will change you over to the traditional view and I suspect your missing feedback received notifications will come back. 

ah thank you, I think I have clicked desktop site before and everything is seemingly the same, but will give it another go with this particular problem in mind
