Trade me balance

So i didnt realise i couldnt use my trade me balance for purchases and i just found out i cant transfer the balance to my ping so can i get my trade me balance refunded?

You need to contact TradeMe staff directly for assistance in refunding an overpayment made into your TradeMe account.
If you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen > enter into a New Conversation > Enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
