How do you sell part of your listing without the first buy closing the listing

What Type of Items are you Selling...

1. Multiple Quantity Items of the same product?
2. Multiple Variants of an item as in size/colour choice?
3. Multiple items through the one Listing?

Multiple Quantity Items: - Are these through My Products or Desktop site?

They are listed with a 'Buy Now' price only - you select whether your shipping costs are per item sold or per order sold - these listings can't be edited once a sale has been made & the Listing closes once all items are sold.

If you're not Listing through My Products, Multiple Quantity listings are created on the Desktop site, - the MQL quantity box to select is on the price & payment page below your Payment methods selection.

Multiple Variant Listings: -  are supported through the Tradevine listing tool & a few other 3rd Party integrators only - Not available to My Products or the Desktop/App sites.

Multiple items through the one Listing: - is Not allowed - a separate Listing must be created for each item.
