Am I following the process
Buyer won 2 items. I emailed them asking for payment and received a thanks for your email. Next day got delivery address via trademe. Added to existing 2 email trail thanks for address please pay by ping. Have heard nothing further. I havent sold for ages. Am I following the right process? Want this sale sorted by Friday.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Chris,Yes! you are following the correct process However the code of conduct stipulates your Buyer has 2 days to make contact and 7 days to complete payment by. - Did you stipulate a payment by date on your Listing?You can email them again in a couple of days if you haven't received payment to let them know you're awaiting their Ping payment so you can send the goods though if no timeframe was given in your Listing you have to wait the full 7 days before sending a Feedback prompt on day 8.Reference: Code of conduct – Help - Trade Me

If you haven't received payment by that day 8 of the Listing closing you can apply for your Success Fee refund, TradeMe can reach out to your Buyer on your behalf, if they don't hear back within 3 days you will receive a refund enabling you to relist your item. - As the Buyer has responded twice now their intention sounds positive at this stage. - All the Best.
