Hi i have a credit in ping for 300.00 and i want to relist items and i am told i need to top up my trade me account some 14 .00. why can not the top up come directly from ping?

You should be able to select Ping as your Payment method to Top up your TradeMe account, this is a manual selection you make - Follow the steps per which Device you're using in the Help file below...
