Upgrade issues?
AnsweredAs of the past year, my won items, are recorded on my trademe phone app. However, my trademe desktop sometimes saves my won items, but other items, arent recorded in my won items at all. In the past few weeks, won and sold items, are no longer getting sent to my email address like it was. I have checked my settings notifications and nothing seems changed and is all checked as it should. Please help!!!
Trying to use contact trademe chat, I cant get past the bot to speak to a person no matter how many times i write...speak to a person.

Sorry to read you're having a hard time keeping track of your Won items and contacting TradeMe staff for assistance there,
Listings which are created in the New System can only be viewed via the New Look Desktop site or the Apps, if you're using the Classic (Old) Desktop site scroll to the bottom of the page & select the word Mobile, you should be returned in the New Look view where you can see your Won items.
In the rare event your won items are still missing you can find these Listings through a search of the Listing number onsite which will bring the closed Listings up for you.
A couple of Troubleshooting steps for you,
- Ensure you're on the latest up to date version of the Browser you're using & the App - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to keep a regular check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache from your devices then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- Try contacting TradeMe, bypassing the Bot again.
- Check your email spam/junk folders incase your TradeMe emails have gone there.
- Try adding the TradeMe email address's to your whitelist.

Confirming you contact a staff member directly through their Live Chat feature by entering Talk to person in the Chat window to Bypass the Bot, transferring to the staff line.

Example:

Afterhours you can leave a detailed message and a staff member will email you back on return to manned Business hours. - If you're not getting the same Chat / Bot appear as above what is your screen showing? - Do you have any error message come up?
