As of the past year, my won items, are recorded on my trademe phone app. However, my trademe desktop sometimes saves my won items, but other items, arent recorded in my won items at all. In the past few weeks, won and sold items, are no longer getting sent to my email address like it was. I have checked my settings notifications and nothing seems changed and is all checked as it should. Please help!!! Trying to use contact trademe chat, I cant get past the bot to speak to a person no matter how many times i write...speak to a person.
