my blacklist does not work i am unable to use this option trademe just auto sends error 500 so i cannot add to my blacklist WHY ?

Double check the Member isn't already on your Blacklist. - If you are using the copy/paste function try manually entering the Member to your Blacklist - a copy/paste maybe picking up a format or adding an extra space at one or either end of the Members username which isn't compatible to be entered in the field. - Cheers.

Just to add for you, - Double check the Member's account is still Live on the platform & hasn't been removed by staff. - Cheers.
