Hello Craig. You have a few options.
1. Contact Trade Me via Live Chat tomorrow and explain the situation. They will remove is so you avoid the $3 fee
2. Community Watch your own item and explain. They will remove is so you avoid the $3 fee.
3. Edit your auction to something else you have that you want to sell. Or, edit it to a random paperclip or whatever, shorten the listing duration and let it close by itself.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Craig,How did you end up with 2 double ups?All Listings can be withdrawn within the first hour without being charged a fee. - In any case you are best to withdraw the duplicate before you end up with a bid on each of the Listings. You may be able to end the extra Listings sooner or edit them to let watchers know it's a duplicate & not available - You could also ask the company to withdraw them for you - Cheers.0

If you click on withdraw listing and then tick I didn't sell this item, it will ask you why you are withdrawing it and you would explain it was an accidental double up. I've had to do that a few times. Based on my experience you shouldn't be charged a withdrawal fee.
