Are you the Buyer or the Seller?
What is the particular issue you're experiencing?
- Check your spam / junk folder in case an email has ended up there from a different email address.
- See if the Member has any listings running which you can put a prompt through the Q&A letting them know you're experiencing trouble with their TradeMe email address & to please contact you.
- If you have no response in reasonable time you could consider placing a Feedback letting the member know of the trouble & to please make contact with you. - Feedback usually gains a response & you can edit this once the Trade is complete.
- If you have no response to your Feedback placed file a Non Contact report for TradeMe's assistance in contacting the Member on your behalf.
You report this directly to a staff member through their Live Chat feature, entering Talk to person in the Chat window to Bypass the Bot, transferring to the staff line.
