How do I report a scam

I purchased an item in March. The seller said there was a delay in shipping this extended past 30 days so I can no longer contact them on here - publicly. I have an email address and they are using @trademe. How do I get my $$ back?

Hello Carissa. If too much time has passed and you can't open a Dispute from your "won" page you will have to contact Trade Me directly.

I brought a tunnel house over a month ago and they keep telling me it got broken so have to resend
It says selwyn Canterbury and they told me it's from Australia
The number for the purchase is P246704174
And we paid $1,023

Hello Joanne. This forum is mainly for Trade Me members to discuss issues. If you want to contact Trade Me directly you can do that at the link at the bottom of the page. If you haven't already you should open a Dispute for this item if you have concerns. You need to do that now, as it is time limited.

Unless the seller has permission, and it was mentioned in the listing text, items listed in New Zealand, should be coming from New Zealand.
