How do I report a scam

I purchased an item in March. The seller said there was a delay in shipping this extended past 30 days so I can no longer contact them on here - publicly. I have an email address and they are using @trademe. How do I get my $$ back?

Callum Community SuperuserHello Carissa. If too much time has passed and you can't open a Dispute from your "won" page you will have to contact Trade Me directly.
