Gone to get a quote for combined shipping in Book a Courier Express is cheaper than Economy?

Ok, I have just selling again after a break & Aramex increase, gone to get a quote for combined shipping in Book a Courier,

Just a Size 1 Box, 23 x 21 x 16cm North to South Island, Express is cheaper than Economy?, That does not seem right? Should I be concerned?, as if I choose express when I book I may get the higher rate as shown on Economy or around the other way if I choose Economy get the higher Express rate?, 

As it could be just the wording around the wrong way? as Express shows first with cheaper rate, and Economy next with dearer rate, where normally the cheaper option (Economy) would normally show first?

Looks like I could be playing Russian Roulette on this one?,

Anyone else seen this and made a booking and got quote stated that you selected?,
