Relisting unsold items

S Community SuperuserKia Ora CAROL,Sorry to read of the trouble you have wanting to Relist items,A few Troubleshooting steps for you to try...
- Are you using the Desktop site or an App? - Have you tried through both?
- Are you on the latest up to date version of the Browser or App? - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- If you are using the App try exiting the App altogether rather than just closing it down.
- If you're using the App try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.

I'm on the Desktop site, Edge Browser & I have the Multi Quantity tick box at the very bottom of the Price & Payment page. - Cheers.

Hi, I have a number of items I need to relist, but need to edit the price etc. However, when I select Edit, it does not allow me to alter anything?! This is most frustrating as I have a deceased estate taking up space in my garage I need to get rid of quickly and this is delaying me. Can you advise a solution please? Otherwise I'll have to delete and load these all over again, which is most user unfriendly!

There is currently a confirmed bug in the new system where some Listings are unable to be edited prior to relisting - The interim workaround is to relist your items and make your edits promptly in the Live Listing. - Cheers.

Kia ora David, you might want to try My Products, our free to use listing tool. You can leave it to relist for you, saving you time, and you can edit the product to change the price so that it will relist with the new price. There's lots of help and support on here too if you need it.
