Can Trade Me please help with a trader who has received the goods and not paid

I sent an item to someone who promised to pay as soon as I told them the total cost including the postage
Unfortunately for me, they haven't paid and now are not responding to emails from me.
I've looked all over the site to try and find a way to contact someone at Trade Me for help but can't find it anywhere.
Can someone at Trade Me please help?

Hello Jacqui. A lesson many learn the hard way. NEVER EVER EVER send goods that haven't been paid for.
You can contact Trade Me at the bottom of any page on Trade Me. Including this one. Just use the Contact Us link at bottom right. You would be best to use Live Chat (blue bubble that pops up) during the hours that is staffed.
Don't forget feedback for that buyer, if you haven't already done so.

Yip sadly for me and the Trade Me community, this seller has totally taken advantage of me. So disappointed.

I as a buyer on my Casual account, so many times when I have asked for shipping cost, then find the Automated Trade Me Book a Courier Link Tracking E-Mail in my Inbox before I have been back and seen the E-Mail with cost, and have not paid yet?,
I think there maybe some who would take advantage of this, and think oh it's booked, ha ha I have not paid!,
I always give a heads up to these sellers, as they should not book or send anything until you have money firmly sighted in your account, as not all buyers are honest like me, and will not pay knowing it is already on it's way,
I have accidentally booked an unpaid parcel on my Intrade account, contacted the buyer and asked them to pay asap explaining, as they would get the automated tracking, as if no money in my account in the morning I will cancel the booking and re-book when I have your payment, They paid straight away, Phew,

I am in the same boat, Jacqui! Buyer won auction for one item, then asked for a few more so I sent them in the post as she was very responsive and active online. Made the mistake of sending the items in good faith and now she won't answer my phone calls and emails. There's always the Disputes Tribunal, and negative feedback warning others about the risks of trading with the buyer.
