Refund for accidental deposits to my trade me account

Hi
I accidentally deposited some funds into my Trade Me account, wanting to use it to pay for a purchase that did not materialise. How do i get a refund of that back to my bank account?

You need to contact TradeMe staff directly for assistance in refunding an overpayment made into your TradeMe account.
If you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen > enter into a New Conversation > Enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can leave a detailed message through the same path and a staff member will email you back during manned business hours - Cheers.0 -

You'll have to use the 'Contact us' link from the Bottom of most TM pages, including this one, then use the blue speech bubble to leave a message for staff, they are the only ones who can action this for you. - Cheers.
