Make an Offer not available for "in-trade sellers"

It might be just because they test things out on the great unwashed first. But it could be that they assume in-trade sellers wouldn't use it. I know I wouldn't. I'm really not a fan of it. The price of my items is the price I want. If I wanted to accept a lower price that's where I would set the price. I mean, you don't go in to most other retail shops and ask at the checkout if they could accept a lower price.
The other issue is probably listing tool integration. It's not available on My Products, and I guess all the other listing tools as well. So that would require shoehorning in as many in-trade sellers would use a listing tool.
Still, I do get questions on the daily "Would you accept $xxx......." So having make an offer available across everyone's listings would show consistency.
