Buyers are saying they cant find my Bank Account. The account is set up in my Trade Me

Sorry to read of this experience where your payment instructions in some cases are not being sent out to your Successful Buyers,
1. Can you confirm the tick box to automatically send your payment instructions to the Buyer is ticked on these Listings for those Members who aren't receiving them?
2. Did you create the New Listings through the Desktop site or one of the Apps or a mixture of both?
3. Might you have edited any of these Listings by any chance?
4. Might any of these Listings have been Relisted?
5. Was the Purchase Type a Buy Now - Auction Bidding - MQL Multi Quantity - MVL Multi-variant listings or a mixture of purchase types?
6. What payment method did these Buyers opt for, Ping - Afterpay - Bank transfer/deposit or Cash or a mixture of payment methods?
7. Can any of these Buyers see your Payment instructions Link in their Won Items or within the Top portion of the closed Listings?
8. Do these Won Listings have a Reference number starting with KP or P or are they a mixture of both Reference types?
There have been other reports over time of Buyers not receiving Sellers payment instructions or receiving them though without the Sellers Bank account input However each report has slightly different circumstances therefore it's important to establish what's happening in your Listings for you - Cheers.

Yes, while it's not hidden it can be hard to find. Especially if someone hasn't traded for a while. The email the buyer gets highlights Ping if you have that activated. The bank details payment instructions link is kind of in the small print. I've had to set up a cut 'n' paste reply to buyers asking for bank details.
Also sometimes the email is delayed for a few minutes. So buyer buys. Goes to their email. Nothing there. So they immediately fire off a "bank details please?" request.
