I would like to create a second profile for job application's; can this be done without starting a new trade me account?

You can create only the 1 Job Profile on Trade Me to apply for jobs, 

You can have multiple profiles for job applications However ...

• Each profile must be created by a separate user.
• Each user must have their own login credentials.
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions when creating profiles

You can only have 1 TradeMe account unless you have 1 Business account 'In-Trade' & 1 Casual personal account if approved by TradeMe & both accounts must sell completely different stock items. - Cheers.
