Adding video off YouTube

Same for me. I didn’t find that link very helpful. What does it mean? Because I’m not a top seller or store, I can’t list on my classified?

Nope. That link didn’t help. I’m getting the same message.
Is it because YouTube forced the video to be a short?
I can’t figure it out, but it’s bloody annoying the feature doesn’t work.

You can contact a TM staff member through their "Live Chat" facility for assistance there & then during the manned hours of 9:30:am - 5:00pm during week days and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm - the Tab you are looking to go through as in pic below...

Once you've selected the Contact us Link you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for this blue & black speech bubble Chat Tab in pic to Pop up at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing. - Cheers.

Can you not post videos unless you're advertising property or are a store or for a job??

As the Link I've placed for fellow Members clearly states...

1. Marketplace listings.

   • Eligibility: Top Sellers and Stores, in Marketplace categories

2. Property listings.

   • Eligibility: All Property listings.

3. Jobs listings.

   • Eligibility: Listing must be Gold, Silver, or Bronze.

Each of these Categories have specific criteria which must be met to enable a Video to be placed on a Listing. - You will learn of the criteria required for each through the Link provided above & here Videos and 3D tours on listings – Help - Trade Me

I'm not TradeMe Staff, I am a Member just like you all - if you should be able to add a video to your Listing but can't what are the error messages you are getting? - Another Member may be able to assist you - Cheers.
