Can't top-up. "Ping is temporarily unavailable" for over a week!
Confirmed bugI've been trying to top-up my account for over a week now. Every time I do I get the error message, "Ping is temporarily unavailable".
I can't add new listings, can't add gallery feature to existing listings, can't do anything because there are no funds left in our account. Even though we have a positive Ping balance.
What's going on? How do I top-up?

Sorry to read of your experience trying to List & Top up your account,
Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps?Ensure you're running the latest up to date Browser/App version.Try clearing your cookies & cache, incase there's a redundant cookie there.If you are using one of the Apps uninstall then reinstall the App.Let us know how you get on - Cheers.0 -

Kia ora Brandon, sorry you're unable to top up with Ping. There is currently a bug affecting some members, I've added your example to the case for the team who are working on it. In the mean time I'll see what I can do to enable you to get your listings sorted.

Kia ora everyone, for anyone currently experiencing this issue, this can occur because of inconsistency between cookies, try logging out and back in, which will usually fix it. Other possible causes can be browser plugins doing strange things. Let us know what browser you are using so that we can add that to the information we have for the team looking into it.

Thanks Michelle, I'm running Firefox on Mac. Both are updated to the latest versions. And I have Trademe whitelisted in Firefox for cookies and site data.
