unable to import products or find trademe email support info
AnsweredCurrently, I am extremely frustrated as I am unable to import product listings. The bar is stuck & does not progress. Is this a system failure? I can not find any way apart from posting here on what is going wrong. 24hrs

yes it is still happening and I also can't 'get in touch' or find live chat. so I can not access 'talk to a person'.

Usual thing to try would be to log out of MP and Trademe, close browser, clean temp files, log back in again.
If trying to update many listings via a Bulk edit option, then try doing 1 at a time to see if one pops up with an error, then maybe try several at once to isolate any problem item(s).
Not sure what you are trying to update in My Products, an individual product and live listing, or a bulk edit of many listings? More detail of exactly you are trying to do and how, would help.
