Question regarding listing with more than one item
So, what I find annoying about creating a listing with multiple items is that, if one item sells you can no longer edit the listing. I have five of the same model kits to sell, I created one listing with a quantity of five. I sold one and discovered that I have undercharged for the shipping. But, now that I have sold an item from the listing I can't now edit anything. I can't update the shipping costs and I can't change the end date for the listing so it will end sooner. The only thing I can do is alter the quantity down to 1. This means that, if I sell another kit I am going to lose out again on the shipping.
If the listing is for multiple items i should be allowed to edit it at any time. It's not an auction, it is a Buy It Now listing, so no bids are placed on the listing. Just one more annoying feature that's been built into Trade Me. Grrr.

You can contact a staff member directly who maybe able to assist you with changing this Or help you to relist the Listing,
To contact a staff member directly for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can leave a detailed message through the same path and a staff member will email you back during manned business hours. - Cheers.0 -

Kia ora John, you might want to give My Products a try. If you import your current listings you might be able to edit the shipping and apply the edit to the current listing. You can also add a quantity on there and it will relist your listings for you until they are sold. Lots of help and advice on here for My Products too.
