Draft Access

I spent 30 minutes drafting a listing and wasn't going to finish so I hit save and exit to save the draft. Now I cannot access the draft or see it anywhere.
How can I get to this draft. Hoping I didn't just lose 30 minutes of my life for nothing.

If you start typing the Listing again 2 box's should pop up asking you to 'Start over' & 'Continue' - select the 'Continue' you should be back to the point of saved. - Start over deletes the draft. - All the Best!

Kia ora Sylvie, if you go to create a listing you'll be given the option to 'continue' with your previous draft.

No. I could not access the drafts. The pictures shown were blurry. In the end I deleted them and went live instead. Not a novice .Very frustrating and first time this has happened.

KristinEditedI’ve got the same issue Sylvie! I’m using the app and saved my listing to drafts to add credit to my account. Trying to access it where I can see it in drafts and it just asking if I want to start a new listing. :(

And still not fixed. Wonder if any of the 'experts' have tried to save as a draft🥰

Kia ora Sylvie, what category are you listing in and how are you creating your listing? If you are using the app check that you are running the latest version, if you are try deleting the app and reinstalling it. We rolled out some updates to drafts recently. If you are still having problems get in touch with the team so they can have a look in to it - screen shots are always helpful too.
