Changing feedback after sale
AnsweredI've accidentally given a buyer a red face instead of a smiley face although my comments are positive. Using the iOS app I tried to correct the face symbol. I went to edit feedback. My feedback rating and the buyer's feedback rating are presented. I edited the buyers feedback but no, that's the wrong one. I just blew my one chance to correct the feedback. What action is available to correct this? My buyer is very upset.

If you have edited the wrong feedback you can go to the correct feedback to change the face colour. - For the feedback you incorrectly changed your option is to Delete the feedback, as you're aware the feedback can only be changed the once. - You could contact a staff member through the Live Chat feature to enquire if they will change the incorrectly changed feedback for you.
To contact a staff member directly for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - Enter your Listing number in the chat window also, enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can leave a detailed message through the same path and a staff member will email you back during manned business hours. - Cheers.0 -
