Buyer has paid but not paid shipping

Hello Leah. You can leave feedback (positive or neutral to get her attention) to state they haven't paid shipping and ask her to check emails. Apart from that just sit back and wait. Eventually the buyer will wonder where their item is and contact you.

PS: Did you not have shipping on your listing? You really should do this in the first place. It avoids these problems.

In addition, you can check if your Buyer has any Listings running themselves atmo' & put a request through on one of those letting them know you have emailed several times, please check their spam/junk folder & make contact with you. - As they have made payment for the item they are genuine and it will dawn on them the parcel is missing However if it looks like it's dragging on over a good week you can contact TradeMe staff via the Live Chat to reach out to your Buyer on your behalf  also - Cheers.
