Selling overseas console games without an NZ classification sticker
AnsweredI have some Wii games from the UK which are PEGI 7 rated. As these are not MA15+ or R18+ does that mean I can legally sell them in New Zealand without having to obtain a new sticker?

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Gordon,The PEGI 7 rating has a NZ rating of PG - Parental Guidance. The G, PG & M rating can be sold, hired or shown to anyone.Video games likely to be unrestricted in New Zealand can be supplied without a label. This includes most video games classified M, PG or G in Australia. - Only the Restricted video games must be classified and labelled before being supplied to the New Zealand public. - Cheers.0
