Problems Logging in
AnsweredWhy does TradeMe keep rejecting my new password when I try to log in with it? This is the second time I have experienced this after using the password regularly for some time. So I create a new password and then the new one is rejected. I have created a new one twice this afternoon and the same thing happened each time. It is VERY annoying! I even tried the chat bot this afternoon but after a couple of basic questions it sent me a message to the effect that it was not working at present! Please tell me : what is going on?
It logs me out consistantly and then doesnt register the password or username
Both app and desktop/internet browser
Even when uninstalling or clearing cache/data
Been taking ages to connect amd then repeats issue

Kia ora Coutney, sounds like you need to chat to the team. You can bypass the chat bot by asking to "talk to a person", someone will help get you sorted.
