After pay not showing up

I had previously used and recieved money for items on after pay but I've just started listing again and sold 2 items and I can't see after where you see ping balance or anywhere. I don't know where my money has gone and why it's not showing up anything at all about after pay on my account. It doesn't even show up how to sign up for after pay. It's weird. Hope this makes sense
