Multiple courier bookings.
AnsweredDear Trademe, I'm not sure if it is possible but if it is, are you able to update your courier booking service so multiple packages to the same customer can be booked at once? Our business often sends multiple packages to the same customer and it gets a bit dreary working through the same booking details three or four times (having a drop box to select a number of bookings would be great!).

This can already be done, Sorry just re read your comment, so you are already doing it this way?,
Open up your courier booking E-Mail,Go to bottom, click on View booking Confirmation to open it up in your browser,
Go down bottom of page in your browser, click on Re-Book your Courier, to book the second Parcel,

Ok, that is news to me, never seen that before, do you sell via the normal website listings or My products,
or do you use an app to list and book couriers from?,
all my selling is via my products and Courier bookings are done via my sold on my products,
Giving us more detailed Info may help as why you are not getting the option, as we may also learn something new too,

Heh, I didn't know My Products existed until you mentioned it - this could be why I'm guessing. All sales to date have purely been through the basic Trademe business profile we operate. I'll have a titu around in My Products - might answer my own question.....thanks for your help.

Search on here on the community Boards there is a lot of helpful information, you can import all your current listings into my products to & unsold too, once in My Products you just list and relist them from there,
Once you start using My products and get the hang of it you will never look back, so many advantages,
Those of us that use My Products do not have the problems others do on the actual website with the upgrades,
Your sold items stay in My Products for 12 months, your templates stay forever unless you delete them, so you can leave auctions deactivated and go on holiday for a few months and you will not lose them, they never drop off like on normal site after 45 days,
on your sold items link to book a courier, you booking is all done on one page, no clicking to next pages etc.
