Morena Julie. Not sure you will get a direct answer from Trade Me here, but the most obvious thing is the Tautoko Bot (Support Bot which is powered by AI. I guess it's likely there are backroom coding and processes that are also handled with AI, or at least supported by it. It really can be a fantastic tool in those situations. There are processes to automate financials. You can use it to sandbox new ideas. Companies are asking it to supply ideas for new customer products. It's changing so fast nobody really knows where it will lead us. 

Kia ora Julie, We’re constantly looking at AI capabilities as they evolve and what opportunities there are for us to incorporate it into Trade Me. We use AI for our Tautoko Bot and are continually trying to improve the experience, including by keeping up with developments to the AI that runs it.
