UNABLE TO EDIT OR DELETE FEEDBACK I PLACED
AnsweredI sold an item and received success fee refund and left a negative feedback on buyer who did not make contact, respond to emails or make payment after 5 days. After they saw the negative feedback they contacted me immediately to complete the trade which i agreed to do. but i am now unable to edit the negative feedback i tried on the desktop site as directed by trademe bot but still not possible to do.

Hello Gerry. If the item in question has a "KP" number you may need to contact Trade Me to get the feedback edited or removed. Unfortunately this is one of the many bugs with the new system. If you can still get to "Desktop Site" (Look for the link at the bottom) then you will be able to do it yourself. It perhaps also works on the Apps.
