What happens when you attempt to List an auction? - How far do you get? - Are you getting an error message come up at all?

Without knowing the trouble you're having there's a few basic troubleshooting steps you can try ...

1. Ensure your Device Browser & App are running the Latest up to date version.
2. Close the App altogether instead of just exciting it.
3. Delete and Reinstall the App.
4. Clear your Browser cookies & cache.
5. Disable VPN if you use one.
6. Try going through the Desktop site by typing TradeMe.co.nz in your Device Browser to see if the problem persists.

Good Morning, husband has followed all the above suggestions you've made and they haven't worked at all..... I need  to be able to use the i-pad for my business when Im away ....

There are lots of great features in My Products, for example it will relist your unsold items automatically and send out fixed price offers. It is unaffected by the changes to the site, is pretty easy to use and you can find great help and support here on Community if you do get stuck.
