Change listings to Products - import fails because of PROVIDE VALID SHIPPING OPTION

I'm trying to change my listings all into products, a few imported over no problem but the majority all failed with Errors - Provide valid shipping option.
I have read the guide & can't figure out what I am doing wrong?
We have set price shipping costs as stated in each of the listings.
If anyone has advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Have you updated to the new shipping templates?

No I haven't, I will look into how to do that to see if I can figure it out, thanks.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserJust so you know Juliette, If you are using My Products and the products are multiqty listings ie are Buy Now only, then they must use the new shipping templates. If std auctions ie start/reserve/Buy Now, then you can use freeform text in the shipping area, but you can't use shipping templates unless they are existing old ones or new ones on the new format.

Thanks Gary-NZStocked, yes all of our std auctions are Buy Now but I need to change them all over to PRODUCTS as I understand it to be able to export/import via csv, this can only be done in products, not std listings?

Yes, you can export and import any listings created in MyProducts via csv. Listings created manually on the site from you current, sold or unsold can be imported to MyProducts, unless this is still broken since they introduced the new templates.
