Some auctions look different and are missing options
Hello, I have several things listed on Trade Me for sale. When they run out, as they have now, most of them come up with the ability to relist, make an offer, add note, and sell similar. But on the bed that's for sale it doesn't give me any of those options, I have to click on it and then relist it. The first time it was on there, someone had it on their watchlist but I couldn't offer it to them. This also happens on a couple of other items, and it's very weird. Is it because I tick auction and buy now perhaps? I would love some help before I relist again. Thanks. Suzanne

Kia Ora Suzanne,
TradeMe are upgrading their system which has seen a disruption to the normal trading process for a few items in some categories, you will find the Listings missing the Key Features you've described, FPO, Relist, Make an Offer & Sell Similar, will be Listings created on the New System. - These key features are currently being worked on for implementation & you can follow the upgrade progress for updated information on the Help file below...
We're upgrading some of our systems – Help - Trade Me
In the interim you may like to consider using a Listing tool like My Products which is TradeMe's own free listing tool and remains unaffected by the current upgrades. A number of Members in the Community use this tool who hold a wealth of knowledge & are happy to help new users to get started. - It doesn't suit everyone However it is a free available option. - Cheers.

Hi, I tried to look at that My Products but it seems very complicated to use, to have to put things into an excel spreadsheet looks impossible as I'm not used to using it. Is there maybe a different category I could put this under so I do have tha availability to offer this auction. I keep having two watchers, but no idea how to get in contact with them at the end to offer it. The updates seem to have been going for months and months.
