Listing withdrawn
I started a listing (my first one, I’m new to TradeMe) and they wanted more proof from me that I have the products, I guess to make sure it’s not a scam. I responded with proof but now my listing was withdrawn after I paid more for higher listing. No one has gotten back to me yet. Surely I at least get refunded or my listing reposted free of charge? Completely unfair tbh

Sorry to read of your experience with having your Listing withdrawn from TradeMe,
When an Administrator withdraws a Listing you are emailed with the reasoning, check your junk/spam email folder also. - If there is no email yet it could still be in the process Otherwise you can contact a staff member directly to discuss this. - Cheers.

Callum Community SuperuserAlso when Trade Me withdraw an item all listings fees are automatically refunded. At least that's how it always used to work. Perhaps not for any extras you paid for. But you can check that by looking at your account balance on here.
