Ping payment after winning a listing

I have requested for Ping payment, which the seller agreed after I won the auction.
I wonder this is a possibility with the help of trademe admin team?
Please help

Callum Community SuperuserHello Patrick. Unless there was Ping activated on the listing at the time you purchased it that can't be done I'm afraid.
The only way forward there would be to cancel the original purchase, and then the seller relists it with Ping activated.
